Resolved Question: Which combination can I do to benefit me the most with the National Guard during college?

So I am currently in the Reserves and I'm looking at going to a UW-Oshkosh, in Wisconsin obviously. I plan on doing the SMP through ROTC there. I am almost in the process of switching to the National Guard. I am getting confused with all the different Federal and State grants and tuition assistance's. The Wisconsin National Guard Tuition Grant should cover all of my schooling, because it is cheaper than UW-Madison, which is what the grant is based off of. Now is that the same thing as the tuition reimbursement? Could I still receive the $4,500 from TA, which would go straight to my school? Would my G.I. Bill be effected? I'm not asking about how hard it will be to switch over, I have already started the motions, but nothing is final. I'm just getting confused on this whole National Guard thing.
