Voting Question: I need College advice please?

Alright so im 18 at a tech college and next fall im transferring to a university in wisconsin. either lacrosse or oshkosh. now the reason im torn is lax is 3 hours away from where i live, and the positives are my buddy will be 21 and has a house so Altot of parties, not to mention its a nice college and nice people and a good Chance to remake my image. but at Oshkosh ill have a friend who's more fun to party with and hell be my roommate and ill be only an 1hour and half away from where i live. but hes not the most social guy, but i will be closer to my friends at home and my gf who we've been dating a long time and shes rele perfect like we dint ever fight and yea, but shes a sophomore in high school now, and if i got to lax well prolly break up. so advice people? thanks...
